If I ever do it again, the white mocha sause is gonna be steamed in. And we'll scoop the foam off. It wasn't bad, like a banana Creme (no whip). Sweet, mild banana flavour. Reminded me of homemade banana bread. Drank about 6-8 ounces but any more would be too much.
