Why does Starbucks apologize for crap they aren’t responsible for? This cop, or one of his people, placed a mobile order and called himself PIG. No he is trashing the barista that made his drinks and calling for a boycott. Asterisks mean ‘mobile order’ dimwit. A barista didn’t take your order.

Because it's not a mobile order... If it's a mobile order it would say "mobile" instead of "Cafe" on the bottom...

At my store the cafe or drive through just indicated what printer it came out of.

Then how do you know which orders are mobile orders? Ours print the same as above. Indication Drive thru, cafe, or mobile order.

ETA: it also has a reg. Number. Which wouldnt show up on a mobile order as they were never rung up in the actual store.

It is *NOT* a mobile order, but those do have register numbers. It’s usually much higher though like I think my stores mobile register is 9 and we only have three actual tills

Edit: since I can’t reply anymore, sorry I was a big dummy and totally meant to say it WASNT mobile order I was just still half asleep.

It's not a mobile order! Mobile orders say Mobile on them! I'm looking at my mobile order right now... At the bottom it says >MOBILE< and it always has! That's how you know it's a mobile, Cafe, or drive thru order.... Of they used their card in the store it would still say Cafe or Drive thru
