You’re still very green. Go easy on yourself. It takes time to learn everything. I’m a store manager and I tell people it took me a full year to really feel comfortable and confident in all aspects of my barista approach. You’re not in the way you’re exactly where you should be and you should act as such, we work around each other. You’re gonna make mistakes, lots of them, but that’s okay because we learn from them and get better as we develop and grow. You’re doing great, keep going, ask your fellow baristas, your shifts, and your managers for help where you need it. Don’t be worried, no one expects you to be perfect quite yet, that’s next week 😜

I’m pretty new myself!! Glad we both made it through!! I’m about a month and a half in. I had friends teach me a little about drinks and stuff before starting. I wouldn’t be anywhere nearly as good as I’ve gotten without it. I still have lots to learn! We got this!!!!!!! I’m happy your week went good at least! Keep trying your best and never be hard on yourself! 😊
