I’d never had anyone ask for extra butter with their butter croissant until recently... they wanted me to apply the butter for them, as well as putting extra butter on their freshly baked chocolate croissant. They were very serious, and very not amused when I politely apologized and informed them that we don’t actually bake our food here.
