It’s basically an iced latte with cold foam on top. Super annoying since you have to sequence hot and cold bar for a single beverage. They took it off the POS menu but people still order it.

Yeah it’s honestly really stupid. And maybe this was a fever dream of mine but I swear I saw on an old drink card once that the old way to make an iced cappuccino was to make an iced latte and then STEAM MILK and scoop the foam on top
