I don't understand how people in The Year of Our Lord 2019 don't understand how a drive thru works. Where the hell have they gone where you order at a window and not a box?

we have to take their order now and most of the time it doesn't count as a no order car so our times per car can go up to 10 minutes depending on customer ;:

We definitely had people before them. It sucks too because our decaf bar was worked on a few days ago and it wasnt put together properly so the whole bar had to be shut down. We had to make cafe and drive drinks all on one bar, and Sundays usually our busiest day of the week. Our drive time average was nearly 2 minutes by the end of the day.

that happened at my store on red cup day :-) the most sales my store has ever seen and of course it was hell
