Yeah that’s a good point, all customers should have an equal personalized experience. Julie shouldn’t be up on a throne bc f her risk of caffeine intake

Yeah, I was about to say. Decaf isn't 100% caffeine free, it's just less caffeine. Also, aren't we supposed to remake any drink that the customer isn't vibing with? Something about a barista promise? Why does this only happen with select customers?
