Do you think it would work if you subbed in apple juice for the milk? Like we do with the lemonade in the blended strawberry lemonade? It'll still be slightly matcha-y, but it'll be more caramel apple-y

i don't think it'd be nasty. matcha has a very mild and creamy flavor, so the caramel wouldn't really clash with it. i think it would be bland though, just very sweet.
