Yeah, you're still supposed to stop at the intercom to tell the baristas what you're there for. It can be really annoying to have someone just pull up.

You should tell your baristas at the intercom where you order that you have a mobile order instead of the window cause 1. It’ll usually be ready at the window for you so we can just hand it out and 2. It helps us with our drive thru times which determine a lot of things for our entire store like labor, but it’s hard to explain if you don’t already know
