I’ll be opening at a drive through store as a shift in the next couple of days. My SM will be there. I have previously opened at a mall store but I am aware what DT stores are a bit different... Any advice?

Use the same routine you did at your other location. I went from cafe to dt, it’s really just more cash drawers! You’ll be great!

I went from a mall license store to a DT store that I helped open and I’m a shift. If I’m being honest it’s a lot more to manage. We have similar amount of business but DT can be more unpredictable. Think your lunch & breaks more throughly. Ruin breaks before peak. Care about your window times. DT stressed me out so much at first but I got use to it. It still has its bad days but you just have to remember, it’s just coffee. :)
