Customer: Can I get a salted caramel hot chocolate, but in a Frappuccino?
DT partner:-puzzled- You want a hot chocolate? Or a Frapp? -looks at me-
C: Yeah I want a salted caramel mocha hot chocolate, but make it a Frappuccino.
Me: -making whips- Just do a creme based frapp.
DT: Okay, we can make you a creme based version-
C: ThEy MaDe It FoR mE aT tHe OtHeR sTaRbUcKs
DT: Do you know how they made it?
C: Can you add 2 shots to that?
Finally the manager gets on and tries to explain. End up making with espresso shots.
C: -gets to window- Does this have Frapp roast in it???

So..... they wanted a scm frap with shots? Annoying. They know what frap roast is but not the name of their drink??

I would have just made it as an iced drink and thrown it in the blender with more ice and some base. Am I the only one who doesn't see this a confusing order lol.

Maybe not super confusing but this is definitely in no way standard for making blended beverages.. And you definitely wouldn't babe charged them correctly or used anything in the correct proportions

I though there was a POS button for frap base, wouldn’t it charge if you add it? (Will have to check next time I’m at work now)

It was confusing because she asked for the SCM hot chocolate, but wanted a frapp, and then wanted shots? She seemed to be having a hard time explaining what she wanted to begin with, and then started adding shots on top of that.
Like we can make it for you, but the back pedaling and then getting upset because you don't understand what you're trying to explain was just confusing all of us too lol
