THANK YOU☺️☺️☺️ We have the older espresso machines so the espresso always comes out super bubbly and makes the drinks look bad. So I’ve discovered that if you tilt the cups directly under the espresso while it’s pouring then it allows the espresso to pour down the inside of the cup making the espresso really smooth. Pair that with perfectly steamed milk and the lattes look PERFECT. However, my manager said that tilting the cup and having the rim of the cup touch the espresso machine at all isn’t sanitary so she scolds me every time I do this. Now I just do it while she’s not on the floor because my lattes have never looked better since using this method! Hope that all made sense lol
