I need someone to give me a step by step process of how to make a basic Starbucks drink for my managing operations project. Please include the name of the drink and steps, such as putting the cup under the dispenser and cycle time for drinks (ie how long it takes for the cup to fill).

Not specified, but u can take an espresso for example

so like for espresso the machine does most of the work we just press the buttons and put the shot glasses under where the shots pour from. A good shot should be around 17-23 seconds. Since the machines at my store are old, we always have to pull shots in pairs/doubles, or else the machine needs to be recalibrated.

So how long would you say it takes you to make one drink, would it exceed a minute?

most espresso drinks ya should probably be under a minute... milk steams in around 30-45 seconds and that leaves like 20ish seconds if theres any whip or topping, things that get blended like iced cloud drinks or frappucinos take longer due to more ingredients and steps.
