Both our Mastrenas began randomly and simultaneously spewing steam from the hole the espresso/rinse water drains from. We looked under the counter and steam was coming from a copper pipe connected to a rubber tube down below. The machine read “Boiler Water Low”. PLZ HELP. No one at store has ever seen this, or even heard of it.

Oh this actually happened to me about two weeks or so ago, we called it in and they basically took it all apart and replaced what I’m guessing is the boiler.

It started getting really aggressive and whining really loudly for a bit and then just suddenly stopped and literally POURED water out of every tube for ten minutes.

This happened to us recently. We unplugged it and it was fine lol
