Has anybody else been having trouble putting the dome lids on the tall cups? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m curious if it’s just my store or it’s a common issue. None of our dome lids fit on our tall cups, they’re all slightly too small! It’s super annoying!

Oh, yeah, same. Cutting corners in production so the execs can cut a profit.

omg when i first started barring, i exploded just about every tall frap i made. it got so bad that my shift nicknamed me the “frappacino destroyer” and he’s been calling be that ever since

YES! Even some of the flat lids don't really fit

What the heck! You’d think a multi-billion, worldwide company wouldn’t make such an error!

lol, how else did you think they got the money? Cheap stuff so that they get max profit.

Welcome to Starbucks.

And this is why I hate Frappuccinos more than before. The damn lids take forever to put on or keep falling off. 🤦🏻‍♀️

We had that problem with the grande/venti dome lids about a month ago. I wonder if some batches just come out slightly off?

Yes, absolutely. We're also having trouble with the trenta lids lately. They either won't go on or are cut out kind if sideways so a chunk of the edge will be missing

Same here! Every time I go to put a trenta lid on, I think it’s the wrong size. Nope, just a too small trenta 😭

Yes. It's really irritating. And a lot of ppl at my store are parents getting tall Frappuccinos for their kids and I really super don't want everything to fall apart on a customer and just UGH
