I’m curious if any Target Starbucks have any ideas. Twice the last week, I was loading a and handful of gift cards for a guest, and for one of them I accidentally inserted my pin. Both times when I tried to unload the card and input the correct amount, it would say system offline.
The weird part? After I had the guest grab a new gift card, they weren’t charged for the $74.09 gift card (not even completely my pin btw) so my store has two gift cards of the same amount that no one has paid for.
My boss just saved them and will use them for incentives, but anyone else have that happen?

Um, which target do you work at and I need a 1000 dollar gift card...jk. But seriously. Yang train anyone?
