I woke up early for my shift, and the store gc has a girl trying to call out (after we were fucked over by a call out yesterday) and the opener asking for the opening shifts number an hour after open. AND THEN the call out girl (2hrs after open!!) is asking if anyone is there because she’s been calling the store... I’m really not ready. I go in in an hour, pray for me pls

You got this! Try and stay calm and push through it. Call outs definitely suck but it also gives you a chance to show how good of an employee that you can be

Go in, do what you have to do, then clock out and leave it behind. Do not stress yourself out, do not try to over rush. People will get their coffee when they get it.
