A few days ago Karen was given the wrong Frappuccino and made it very clear to us that she ordered and wanted the one she paid for (there was a confusion of the acronym written on the cup) so obviously we apologized and made the one she ordered and she had the nerve to ask “so what are you gonna do with the one you already made.....are you just gonna throw it away?!”......Um yea, that’s exactly what we’re gonna do with it because we definitely aren’t handing it over to you for free.
