It’s stressful but ask questions, and do what you can/know!

That feeling can last for a while, but hopefully you have a great crew to help you out! Never be afraid to ask for help, and never be afraid to ask the "stupid" questions. It takes time for this job to settle in like muscle memory!

You got this just breathe and worst case pull up the Starbucks app it will tell you most of what goes on the drinks if recipe cards aren’t handy
ishikuraian 2 points 3y ago
The registers also say everything that goes into any drink you put in

They’ll prob put you on register so just don’t freak out! If people are mean you can say “sorry, it’s my first day” etc and maybe they’ll lighten up. **everything will be fine lil bean!**

As other's have mentioned, **don't be afraid to ask questions!!!** If you're to shy/intimidated/embarrassed/don't want to "bother" fellow partners to ask them questions *now*, those same feelings will only intensify as you go along and next thing you know a month goes by and you still don't have those answers and you'll feel like shit and might want to quit (true story), **so ask those dang questions!!* Every one of em! Also, you got this! 👊

you’ve got this!! like everyone else said muscle memory takes a bit. 3 years here and you’ll probably love it once you get the hang.

If you pull up a drink on register, itll tell you everything that goes in it, can help in a pinch!

This is incredibly useful information I wish I had seen before I clocked in. Thank you!

Lots of love! Good luck!

You'll be fine. The first few weeks just keep asking questions whenever you're unsure of something or forgot how to do something. The expectation is that about 70% of what you do, you'll learn on the job by doing it.
