hi there friends, earlier on in the year I was blacklisted and fired by a licensed store that I had worked at for 3 years. it has been almost a year and I really really miss working at a Starbucks, whenever I apply to any though I am greeted with the automatic email saying I am not qualified to work at Starbucks. will I ever not be blacklisted? or should I just lose the hope of ever working there again?

You should just call the store manager for the store you’re applying too and explain what happened and why you were blacklisted. I’ve heard that you can still get hired, you just have to explain your side of things.

i had a mental breakdown on the phone in the back room, i told a manager i needed to go home, next time i came in i was fired. they wouldn’t give me a reason to why they were firing me when i confronted them..

tell me about it, i was gonna get a lawyer on them but i had nowhere close to the money :(
