Had the sweetest connection this morning!! (self.starbucksbaristas)

Two women came in at 6 am and I’m chatting with them at the reg and asked if they had any big plans for today. They told me they already did their big plans and I said wow before 6am! What were they? They said they planned and talked about their wedding. As a lil lesbian I was so happy and excited for them and we kept talkin about their wedding plans and it was so cute and gay. Sometimes I love Starbucks

One reason I applied at Starbucks was that a couple of my partners are trans and had trans flag pins on their aprons -- it's the queerest place I've ever worked and I feel so much more relaxed there, especially in the most conservative county in a very red state!

Mhm like 90% of my coworkers are LGBT, and 100% are friendly. It's been a great environment while I transition!
