Only scheduled from “9:45pm-12am “ is this even allowed? Also we get out around 11:30pm because most SSV don’t want to stay till midnight.

My shifts for clean play are from 7pm - 2:30am....I close and do clean play ):

My clean play shifts are always just the couple hours of clean play, so 10:30-12:30 at night. I don't mind because I live close by but some other baristas will have a closing shift then clean play. I found that to be so exhausting so I'm ok with my 2 hr shifts

That’s how my store does it! We are the closing crew and CP crew. It’s exhausting. I wish we only came in for CP. it’s so much better that way. Like the time of CP doesn’t bother me but working a 10 hour shift does lol

My SM does a minimum shift length of 4 hours, but we also have stricter labor laws here. I know other places that do a minimum shift length of 3 hours, but I've never seen a shift that short.
Sending someone home early isn't allowed for me (because of the local labor laws the store pays a penalty to anyone with last minute schedule changes) but someone can volunteer to go home early. I would talk to your SM about it.

I’ve stayed til 1:30 before doing clean play before. Good thing I love clean play 😂😂😂
