Then scream at us when we make it in a to go cup to get poured in their personal cup, because DT times are not being sacrificed for a personal cup, thanks.

Then dont idle in a motor vehicle in my DT for 5 minutes??? come inside and don't put out more exhaust then you need. I can assure you its worse than a recyclable cup.

I had a guy get pissed that he ordered a nitro in a personal cup and I used our cup to measure it, like i’m sorry man but your personal cup isn’t a grande and i’m not giving you 30oz worth

Cold cups are hot cups are not because of the lining, if it wasn’t for the lining they would be recyclable.

I have a kiddo that sometimes cant keep his hands off stuff much like The Child. So I go through the drive through for mobile orders and personal cups. BUT I never hand them my personal cup if there’s a line of cars. I’m not the devil. Anyway, I get Japanese tumblers from my brother who lives in Japan and they get a lot of comments from the baristas. They make Great conversation pieces.

I always go inside (no matter the weather) so I can use my personal cup & not mess with drive times. My local baristas always check out what cup I’ve brought in and have some conversation. I went through the drive through recently bc I forgot my cup & felt some shame! Haha. The barista working DT totally called me out and teased me about it, in a fun light hearted way.
