You'd think with how new and fancy these things are there be a sensor to know if the tray isn't there so it doesn't pull shots/rinse/internal rinse

I didn't think it would let you run the cleaning cycle without the tray... You'd think they could have made it so it wouldn't. We've found some flaws with that machine. They are pretty and are super consistent on steaming but otherwise a pain.

Unfortunately they do, and that water plus chemicals left me with a pretty nasty burn on my left hand. We also have pretty consistent “low water flow” errors with them. But I love the ability to pull three shots in one shotglass!

That "low water flow" drives me insane! One of ours has an issue with the insulation inside and sounds like plane landing, but facilities says it's fine. *Eye roll* Three shots at a time is an awesome plus.
