Im at a licensed store (tarbucks) and I really wish there was a way for us to access the recipes at home. I’d like to study them - especially whenever we get new drinks.

Log into the partner hub and do a search for “recipe cards”. There will be a couple of different results, it will be the one with a list of PDF files with titles such as “BRCs_Blended...” and “BRCs_Espresso...”

I don’t think licensed baristas get access to the partner hub as I’ve never heard of it before!

Technically that would be work. Time worked = time paid. So that's why you're not supposed to do that.
But if you insist the best thing to do would be to take a photo of the recipe cards. You should get a set with the launch of each new thing.
