Pretty sure the pull is a designated SSV duty anyways so making you do their work then blaming you for doing it wrong just makes them look bad (At least to normal rational people)

Don’t feel bad, if it was your first time they should be understanding! It’s definitely a learning experience. Also, just ask! Feedback is always great so you will know for next time! (whatever it may be) Just keep on doing what you’re doing and I hope all is well for you!

Don't feel bad! If you are new to the job everyone knows that so they should have given you clear instructions. And it's worth remembering that people can be frustrated with a situation without being mad at you, so if you feel comfortable I would definitely recommend talking to people and seeing it they could teach you how they would have done the pull. Don't be hard on yourself! Its a lot to learn and varies so much person to person and place to place that it's always gonna take some time and some mistakes.
