Yeah, Shark Shark is right. Just assume the best intentions from the Customer. Licensed or not, we still represent the Sbux team! (: You did the right thing Partner! πŸ’ͺ🏼😁

I'm at a tarbux and while I guess I don't know what the official policy is on correcting drinks from different locations, my managers have always said to just remake it and that "making the moment" and "perfecting the customer experience" are always top priority. But it definitely might be different for you and that might just be some managers, so if you can I would check with a manager/dm or maybe even look in your operations manual if you know where it is

I'm at a licensed store too. Tarbucks...our Team Leader once got upset with me for replacing a drink. She said it had to be from our Target and on the same visit.

I'm at a corporate location now but I've worked a KroBUX in the past. We had a few people come in with wrong drinks from the corporate store just down the street (not the one I'm at now) and we always went ahead and replaced them. Both as a Starbucks "Making the Moment" and a Kroger "Make it Right".

The biggest thing you can't do is trade inventory with a corporate store. The KroBUX was distributed a bunch of sandwiches and food that they can't sell since they don't have an oven and I can't take that to my corporate store
