You were very polite about your requests. For that, we were grateful. However, what you asked of us was inhumane. You asked something no mortal being should ever ask for.
No latte on this good green earth needs THIRTEEN pumps of white mocha. Again, very patient and understanding when we asked to confirm the baker's dozen, and that was not lost one us. Perhaps you have a voracious sweet tooth.
BUT TO COME BACK AND ASK FOR MORE. BECAUSE IT WASN'T SWEET ENOUGH. FOR FOUR MORE PUMPS.
You cannot be forgiven.

Dude seriously this women comes I to my tarbucks, or rather sends her son in most days. double Tall CM with XXXXXXX caramel drizzle and whip cream. Its basically a 1/3 cup of caramel sauce, a tiny bit of steamed milk, 2 shots and whip. And she has still tasted it and said it's way to bitter. Its disgusting

I had an order that was a venti CBIC, 13 pumps peppermint, 13 pumps classic, 13 pumps vanilla, 13 raw sugar packets, and 13 regular sugar packets with heavy cream. The syrup alone was like 4 inches. Nearly gagged making it smh

Got 18 pumps of Mocha one time. Customers are crazy. I don't think I could handle that much!!

I made one yesterday with 7 pumps of white mocha with 15 caramel. venti hot. she came inside from the drivethrough and complained it was too bitter. I remade it with 20 pumps of caramel. literally half the cup of syrup. it was nasty.
