if you kind of move the steaming pitcher around in circles while pouring the first half of the drink and then for the second half just down the middle aiming for the dot, it would help with consistency. if you look up any starbucks latte art tutorials most of them will show this technique on the flat white🤗

You can also tip the cup so that the shots pour on the side of the cup which creates fewer bubbles in the espresso! I find it's easier for consistent color to steam the milk on the lighter side (like 1-2 seconds), not letting a lot of steam through to create the micro foam, and pouring reaaaallly slowly (if you have time) so that the milk falls under the espresso. That looks like an awesome flat white though-congrats!
