okay the cold foam was 3/10 it didn’t really turn into cold foam but it wasn’t awful, but I love the iced peach tranquility

if its not foamy enough you can try adding more powder - or try it with hwc like someone else said because i’m actually really curious what that one tastes like!

i do about 150 ml of peach infusion in the foam blender with two scoops of cloud powder!!!! so bomb - i like to just swirl the cup a little so it mixes with the tea and gets cold bc otherwise its kinda weird lukewarm foam

love a salted cream cold foam cold brew. no caramel, half hazelnut half toffee nut. normal cold foam but add dark caramel to it. shaker the cold brew with a little sweet cream. didn’t create this, but i carry out the recipe.

AFAIK, this is right, but I started after the cold foam iced cappuccino was discontinued & can't find the offial recipe card, so if it's wrong, I'm sorry, but it's still delicious.
Prep cold foam:
nonfat milk to 200
2 pumps pumpkin sauce (3 if you like it extra sweet)
Blend on 3
On espresso bar:
Vanilla for the size (1 less pump bc cappuccino)
Ice to the third line
Shots 2/2/3 pulled over the ice
Layer cold foam on top of sweetened, iced, espresso
