i was on bar tonight which i am still getting to learn bar and someone ordered white mochas and i gave the toasted white mochas which no one complained or anything but like still it wasn’t right and i felt really bad but they said not to remake it and that it was good but like! ugh!

The milks are different because someone could be allergic or be vegan :/ I’d always remake it

I absolutely remake drinks if I *know* I made them wrong. Unfortunately I was still green back then and didn't realise I got out of sequence and used the milk for another drink.
Luckily he's a regular and I was able to apologise the next day. He didn't mind, and I am a lot more careful now.

4 year partner here. Can confirm, made a regulars coffee wrong and didnt realize it until I was leaving like 9 hours later. Next day I admitted it to the guy and we just laughed about it. If you're real with people generally they appreciate it more than the corporate butt wiping.

you’re fine. it’s ok to make mistakes, everybody does it. it’s better to not dwell on it and stress yourself out. if the customer didn’t mind, it’s nothing to worry about :)
