IIRC, you can only be marked DNR for actual, serious reasons- such as theft, workplace violence, and sexual harassment. Felonious sort'a business.
Even if you quit with no notice (anecdotal evidence: me), you can still be rehired as long as that store's manager wants to acquire you. So yeah like julesoo said, up to the new manager's discretion.
