Had a woman complain once about almond milk being extra, she proceeded to say “Starbucks is gonna go out of business” yeah sure if you say so.

Had some jerk come through the drive-thru yesterday night who ordered peppermint mochas with the whip and curls on the side. He said something about red cups and we argued about it for about a minute until my shift got on and told him that in order to get the discount we have to have the drink in the cup. He gets up to the window and I read him the price. He proceeds to sass me and tell me that I am wrong and I simply repeat what my shift told him. It has to be in a red cup for the discount. He eventually gives in and I give him the discount. He proceeded to tell me that every other Starbucks in the store in the surrounding area gave him the discount without putting the drink in the cup. The only word for this man and his behavior is childlike. He threw a hissy fit because he didn't like the price and because we weren't going to give in to his bullshit. This man ruined the rest of my shift (and I only had two hours left).

I’m confused, what did he complain about?
