WOW! This sounds like a nightmare of a situation. I would definitely get in touch with the district manager about this situation and let them know what is going on. Honestly, it sounds like your new store isn't gonna last long if you keep running out of major things. PLEASE contact your DM!!!

Licensed and franchised are the same thing, I think you mean it’s not corporate. Yes you have a DM, but they don’t function like a corporate DM does. Your manager ordering stuff: it’s very difficult to do. Store managers at corporate give themselves 2-3 hours of just focusing on the order, and at licensed stores that’s hard to do because most of the time the manager can’t just focus on that one thing like that. So they’ll be running all around trying to place an order. It’s not okay for her to tell or be extremely rude and yes while she is violating health codes, that’s on her. If she’s telling someone to do stuff, you shouldn’t be telling them to do something else. Even if you’re more right than she is, she is the manager, and there has to be a structure or it’s a free for all. If your manager is failing, let her fail on her own, it will be clear she’s failing. If you push her to failure, you may fall down as well.

If she continues being rude she should have a boss (your Starbucks Brand Management Leader) that you can talk to. A DM for your store won’t be able to do anything because the Store manager doesn’t work for them.

No unfortunately there’s not an online thing. What store is this Starbucks located in?

I am honestly not sure. I would say ask your SM but she might be suspicious. I wish there was a way we could get in contact with Corporate directly, cus your situation sucks. But my only piece of advice would be to see if you have any kind of business card for a DM around the store.

My store has a thing in the back that says if you have a problem with your SM contact this person attached is a business card for our DM. I would just take a look around and maybe talk with other baristas at franchised stores. If it turns out that you don't have a DM or anyone to report this too I would transfer. No point in keeping yourself in a bad situation if you could succeed somewhere else. Sorry I could be more helpful :(
