3% for newer partners, 4% for anyone hired before December 2016

Its honestly insultingly little considering the labor cuts and CEO bonus and whatnot. Like thanks for cutting my hours almost in half I'm sure the extra 35 cents *totally* makes a difference.

3% for newer hires, 4% for partners who have worked at least 3 years. It's roughly in line with inflation. Not sure how states and cities that have increased their minimum wage will be impacted.

I know Washington State minimum is going up to $13.50/hr on Jan 1
