I would say henna is quite permanent, way more than regular hair dye. Henna fades but doesn’t really come out until it’s grows out.

Yes. I would say it’s as permanent as the other hair dyes like Revlon. They mean stuff you can wash out completely in a wash or two. Like spray dyes. Henna should be fine
