Because pumpkin scones were a fall pastry not a holiday pastry, and sugar plum danishes are a high waste item. I imagine some people at corporate want to get rid of holiday pastries all together other than bliss bars and snowman cookies

Also, I obviously understand why we don’t currently have pumpkin scones. That wasn’t the question.

Your SM/shift may not have been ordering them or the DC may have run out for your area. The technical fall period was awhile ago, like 9/6-11/7, and those pastries are available to order like two weeks in advance generally. Maybe there was an outage, maybe your Sm decided your store wastes too many 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
