It happens at stores that aren’t at the mall too. I was about to make a joke asking if we worked at the same store and then I realized you’re at a mall location, which I am not.
It’s so gross at my store, I physically can’t stand it. I try so hard but there’s only so much I can do.

Oh no I’m sorry. It’s not even my store.I work at a retail store at the mall at nights and I open my Starbucks store (it’s just a regular location). I just go into the one at the mall when I’m there but it’s always the same thing. In the 4.5 years I’ve been at my sbux we’ve never been more than maybe 20mins behind. Yikes, I’m sorry your work environment presents more challenges than it needs to but keep working hard!
