She has her order of wet , skinny , 80degrees. 7 pumps of chai, no water . And so she complains about her drink all of the time , so she gets a service recovery voucher , and gets a free drink each time . So this one time , my manger was on drinks and someone took her order , we didn’t write it out on the cup because we know the drink . She then said that the person made it wrong , they didn’t write on the cup etc. She then went mental and shouted at the barista , who didn’t make it - and said that they made it wrong and she demanded to get a free voucher , then the manager went to see her and she literally was so quiet. She only shouts if it’s someone new , or if it’s over email - she’s w keyboard warrior and a bitch haha
