Sugar bombs are great for colds lol. But yeah actually Comfort tea is the best option.

I have a coworker who loves those stupid things and she recommends them to anyone who even breathes the words “hot tea...?” towards her. The other day some gal came through the dt coughing and hacking and asked for something to help. I saw that hoes finger pop up to the button on her headset from the bar drink she was making and I cut her off, cause nah. Not in my dt. “Honey, what you need is something warm and comforting. Can I interest you in our defense tea? It has ginger and orange in it, we can add some honey to help it soothe your throat...” the customer left happy and I didn’t have to feel bad giving someone a huge cup of sugary trash.

IMO coming to a place like bux when you're clearly sick and contagious is SUPER irresponsible. I've been sick almost nonstop for 3 months (in ways that are not contagious) because customers keep giving me their bugs. I've started making a point of correcting people when they ask for a "medicine ball" because it has basically no medicinal value and it's not called that anyway.
