hi everyone! so working at Starbucks has been great, but honestly one of the "downsides" I guess is like the free drinks LOL (I'm not complaining and I have self control but I still feel guilty..) anyway I usually get like mango dragonfruit with peach and extra water.. or strawberry acai with extra green tea.. does anyone know approx how much sugar those would contain do they contain a lot? I do like getting bigger sizes is my issue too :/ (not during work. during work I usually only get talls) but like after work and such.
if so I've been thinking of other "healthier" options like the peach green tea but without LCS. or eventually work my way to unsweetened iced green tea.. since we are getting the new syrup and it's kind of a healthier alternative maybe unsweetened iced green tea with honey in january ? I feel like that sounds good. if anyone has any suggestions shoot them my way thanks!

Peach green tea no LCS and no water is my fav. You can also start slowly adding less peach if you want to cut down on the sugar!

I drink black tea with 2 Splenda or a passion tea with 1 Splenda. I started at like 3 Splenda and just kept taking one away every week or two.

I always get the peach green iced with no LCS and then 2 stevia shaken in. Tastes great but I’m not sure if you’re against sweetners!
