My store is a high volume drive thru store. THE BUSTIEST in our district and yet we’re almost always doing three man closes 🙃 like sure it could be worse but I’m tired of getting out at 1a when we close at 11.

You’d think that all of these 2+ hour late closes would catch their fucking attention if they’re so concerned about labor. That’s 6 extra hours of labor right there to keep the 3 closers that long over.

Without Howard we got no one defending our position stability.
Best thing to do is call corporate/ DM explain what’s happening. If they don’t listen, start looking up best ways to protest.

I have 4 team members, including me, we got our hours cut right after Holiday launch. The majority of the hours I work. 49 just this week.
