Yeah we actually rarely let our R1’s have headsets. Usually at night. This is also just a day problem I find.
Our store is decently busy but we have a limited number of headsets.

Yeah that’s true. The only time someone doesn’t have a headset is if we have so many people that there’s no more headset. And CS is the first person to not have one in that case.
I wish we could not wear one on front sometimes though. I hate moving it out of the way so that I can hear the person I’m speaking with. But we also often have our front person doing oven so we have to have it on.
