I’d suggest finding as many official resources as possible. Not sure why I’m getting downvotes for sharing my experience, my starbucks teamlead would hold information hostage basically, for example she printed off 1 sheet with a new drink recipe and would say “ok if this gets lost or ruined I’m not printing another one!” So we basically had to just guess. And nobody taught us where and how to find official resources, how to print them or even what the partner hub was, so we always had to guess. But yes, downvote me, I totally decided to have a bad manager who treated me like garbage, all on purpose
