... kind of?
They said they realized it was a priority along with other stuff like merit based raises, etc. They didn’t say they were doing anything about it. There’s nothing specific for shift supervisors at this time.
A majority of the stores are in places where the minimum wage is going up and I’d estimate a majority of partners aren’t getting an actual raise. Just the new minimum wage. (The highest concentration of stores in the US is in California I believe and their minimum wage is going up by a dollar.)
If you’ve been with the company for more than three years you’ll get a 4% raise, unless the minimum wage increase is more than that.
If you’ve been with the company for less than three years you’ll get a 3% raise or the new minimum wage. (Whichever is more.)
Edit: there’s a letter from corporate that someone posted and that should be in your store. It’s not the weekly update as far as I know.

I don’t know about shifts but I’m mad that our minimum wage is going up substantially. All the new partners will effectively get a $1.50 raise and I will only get a .50¢ raise and I will then make the same as a brand new person. I’m a 9 year partner.

The raises are a shit lol

Sort of. And by sort of, I mean yes; but not for any other reason other than a standard yearly raise. All hourly partners should connect with their SM regarding their new pay rate before their first full pay period in January.
