I'm a long time partner, so I've been through the holiday season a few (12) times. I've lived ALL the labor cuts. Somehow this year we were running 4 and 5 person peaks, 2-3 person mids, and 3 person closes. Down from 7/5/4. Like, oh my gawd. My managers answer, "DM said we have to schedule exactly what TALEO says, then cut 7-10 hours." Omfg. Cue to the manager leaving early, cause reasons, no heavy cream or 2%, 3 person happy hour floor with 2 green beans (who don't know how to make prep) running the registers. 20 minute waits in the drive thru here i come baby!!

Oh, and this was LAST WEEK. God help everyone who lived through today.
