How do we make cold brew? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey guys, I’ve been working at a store for over 5 months now and just realized I never learned how to make cold brew. I would ask somebody at my store, but unfortunately I’m not scheduled for a while. Thanks!

Grind a bullet of Cold Brew beans on French Press setting into the filter. Fill 7 Liters of filtered water into the filter, tie the bag and then pour 7 more liters of water outside of the filter. Date to be poured in 20 hours (:

There is also a plastic stand to put the filter of grounds on inside the toddy. It is amazing because it stops the bag from blocking the spout when pouring. Also depending on how lucky you are feeling my store will usually double bag the grinds. One girl consistently ripped the bags when she made cold brew though and we would filter it by pouring it through the pour over filter and into the pitcher.
