Had 3 call outs for our close last night that was supposed to be a clean play. Manager texted me this morning saying it was the best close she’s seen in a while. It was stressful but I’m proud! (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hope this is false. Not only is texting not a recognized form of communication by Starbucks, you can’t be performance managed when you’re off the clock. Tell your SM if they want to coach you on your closes, they need to pay you for your time.

It was the shift and another person and a green bean. I stayed as long as I could.

The reason I asked was because my store only closes with a max of 3 people,I didnt realize that was different store to store. Good job doing your best by the way!
