K: *leaves and then comes back* “there’s barley any coffee in this it’s just milk*
M: yeah a flat white has restretto shots so it’s not much coffee
K: well I always order this and this is not what I get
M: *remakes it*
K: this is still wrong
M: this is what you ordered a tall flat white has very little espresso because it has less water than a normal shot
K: I want a refund
Just because you get a drink and it’s not made wrong for once doesn’t mean I’m wrong. It is not my fault whoever has been making your drinks is making that shit right and you don’t like it how it’s supposed to be made. Thank you for listening to my rant

I literally had a lady complain the other day because I didn't put vanilla in her flat white. "it's always got vanilla, it always tastes sweet. Thats why its called a flat white cause it's vanilla flavoured"

Going off this and the other comment I had someone order a sausage breakfast sandwich and My co worker replied “so one sausage breakfast sandwich with cheddar” and he cut her off and screamed “ no it’s with Gouda” and she was like, “sir, I have a bacon Gouda or a sausage and cheddar” and he sounded irritated and said “ the Gouda Sausage one, it’s gouda! “ smh ummmmm don’t yell at my coworker please. And also .... I think we know what has what more than you do sir. Smh

Had a coworker repeat back a mans order of bacon sous vide egg bites as just bacon egg bites. The man got snappy and was like “no the sous vide egg bites”. I really wanted to tell him to fuck off. The coworker was new and just had a hard time pronouncing that word but speaks more languages than your rude ass. Non stop peaks these holidays is testing my patience. Definitely gonna lose my job biting back if it doesn’t slow down soon. 😓
