Ugh I see this too often at my cafe store. The morning has all the people and then I get fuck all for my close. the morning people get next to nothing done and then I'm somehow supposed to get all the cleaning tasks done, all the closing tasks done, and make sure customers are connected with and satisfied all while it takes 6+ leads of dishes just to catch up from what the openers left me ...

That’s how mine looked at first and they i asked for more people on my night crew and they straight up told me that I’m Not even suppose to have three people closing i should have me and another partner I’m. Like really that’s not gonna cover ANYTHING Espically on happy hour
